Something’s always brewing in North Myrtle Beach. In this case, it’s actual brews from bars and a local brewery along our part of the Grand Strand. Here are some of our favorite spots to get delicious craft brews:

Crooked Hammock Brewery

Sip on South to Somewhere, Beach Escape, and Hammock Easy. These are a few of the year-round beers made in-house at Crooked Hammock Brewery in Barefoot Landing. Seasonal favorites include summer's Myrtle Peach ale and fall’s Jav-O-Lantern. The Jav-O-Lantern is a pumpkin coffee ale perfect for a cozy fall night by their outdoor fireplace. For something a little different, order a glass of the Frankenbooberry Sour for tart notes of blueberry and strawberry.

Order a few brews for the table and shareable appetizers, like the baked crab dip or wings. Want something for yourself? Choose one of the signature backyard cookout items, such as the honey BBQ ribs or grilled meatloaf. There are also salads and sandwiches. 

Relax at a table on the covered patio or a hammock in the waterfront backyard. There are also plenty of outdoor games, including cornhole! And always something going on, from live music performances to yoga classes.

Captain Archie’s

Sip on ice-cold beers while gazing out at the Intracoastal Waterway from Captain Archie’s. 

Pull up a seat at the bar or in the outdoor seating area and enjoy craft favorites, like Sierra Nevada. Captain Archie’s also offers imported and domestic beers. Plus, tropical-themed cocktails. Pair a cold one with a delicious appetizer, like Captain’s Island Shrimp. Entrées vary and include fried seafood platters and hamburgers. 

Nothing goes better with a cold brew than live music and Captain Archie's has some of the best! 

OD Arcade & Lounge

Forget what adults told you as a kid. Life is all fun and games, at least while you’re on vacation in NMB. At OD Arcade & Lounge, you can enjoy delicious craft brews while dancing to live music or playing pool. The local hangout spot is popular with Shag dancers and if you hang out long enough, you may learn a thing or two about South Carolina’s signature dance there.

Find big-name craft beer selections, from Redd's to Goose Island. Beyond that, domestic and imported beers, cocktails, and wines. When you get hungry, order from the food menu featuring bar bites, sandwiches, and burgers along with awesome daily lunch and dinner specials.

 

Bully's Pub & Grill

Back at Barefoot Landing, Bully's Pub & Grill combines the classic dive with quality offerings to cater to your craft cravings. Whether it's happy hour, game day, or a night out, there's never a bad time to stop in and grab a seat at the bar. Sit back and unwind at the patio overlooking the water or try your hand at the billiards table.

Between seasonal draft favorites and a variety of bottles and cans from across the globe, you can sip on offerings from some of the best breweries across the Carolina's and beyond. Their kitchen serves many pub classics from finger food appetizers, to burgers and fried seafood platters.

Looking for a fun spot to enjoy craft beer and have an absolute blast in North Myrtle Beach? Look no further than 810 Billiards & Bowling! Find a selection of IPAs, ales, lagers, and stouts from local and regional breweries with favorites from Grand Strand Brewing Company, New South Brewing, and Edmund's Oast Brewing Company . There are seasonal beers and ciders, and the taps rotate frequently so you can try something new each time you visit. Pair your brew with shareable appetizers, like quesadillas, flatbread pizzas, and paninis.
