North Strand Helping Hand is an emergency aid organization that strives to meet the immediate needs of the North Strand community. We are a United Way of Horry County Community Partner that serves as a crisis intervention organization, which responds to the needs of the North Myrtle Beach, Little River and Loris (East of Hwy 701) communities.
