Brisket
Brisket serves authentic Texas BBQ in South Carolina, transporting you back to an 1800s-style salon. They smoke up to 750 pounds of brisket, pulled pork, chicken and ribs for hours every day and serve them without sauce to allow the meat to really shine. Pair your favorite meats with classic Southern sides like mac and cheese, collard greens, hushpuppies, fried green tomatoes or Texas Frito Pie and end your meal with a slice of pecan pie. Happy hour lasts from 4 to 7 p.m. every day, offering specials on top-shelf bourbons, regional beers and specialty cocktails. Enjoy outdoor live music on Saturdays in season.
Mission BBQ
Mission BBQ believes there’s nothing more American than barbeque, and strives to honor the American heroes that serve our country, including soldiers, first responders, police officers and firefighters. They serve a wide range of barbecued meats, from pork, brisket and chicken to ribs, sausage and even salmon with regionally inspired sauces from across the country, including the Carolinas, Georgia, Alabama, Memphis, Kansas City and Texas. Stop by at noon to see staff salute the flag, or pick up a to-go pack of meats, sides and sauces to enjoy at home.
Boardwalk Billy’s
Boardwalk Billy’s expansive menu is sure to please the whole family, especially if you have BBQ skeptics among you. In addition to burgers, salads and seafood, they offer pulled pork sandwiches and nachos as well as baby back and beef ribs. Choose from indoor or outdoor seating as you relax and enjoy the view overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway from the Doc Holidays Marina. With live music every night in season from 7 to 10 p.m., it’s a great place to have a great time. Or stop by from 4 to 6 p.m. for happy hour specials, including deals on sushi and wings and $1 off alcoholic beverages.
Bar-B-Que House
Bar-B-Que House is known for generous portions of hickory-smoked BBQ, including pulled pork, pork ribs, sausage, chicken, turkey breast and Texas-style brisket. Their sauce selection includes their award-winning house BBQ sauce and traditional South Carolina mustard. Finish off your feast with a few Southern-inspired sides, like homemade mac and cheese, house-fried chips, baked beans, red or white slaw or Brunswick stew. For dessert, try their homemade banana pudding cake or cheesecake special.
Logan’s Roadhouse
While primarily a steakhouse, the barbeque ribs at Logan’s Roadhouse are a guest favorite and a half portion can be added to any entree. Don’t miss out on their made-from-scratch rolls. With a casual Western vibe, bold flavors, and a full-service bar, kick back and enjoy great food and a good time.
Old South BBQ
Old South BBQ believes quality BBQ can’t be rushed. They smoke all their meats in-house and use traditional Southern recipes to bring you delicious pulled pork, mouth-watering ribs and standout sides like deep-fried corn on the cob and hand-cut fries.
