Local Giving. Lasting Impact

The North Myrtle Beach Chamber Foundation, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) eleemosynary corporation, founded on January 7, 2010, under the laws of the State of South Carolina.

The corporation is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization dedicated to the support and advancement of the general welfare and prosperity of the greater North Myrtle Beach area and its residents.

The North Myrtle Beach Chamber Foundation, in partnership with Destination North Myrtle Beach, leads community-focused initiatives that support charitable causes, local schools, and youth programs across our region. Through annual fundraising events and direct donations, the Foundation has contributed more than $30,000 to local charities and schools since 2020.

All proceeds from these events benefit the Foundation’s Community Grants Program, which provides funding to nonprofits, educational organizations, and outreach programs making a difference in North Myrtle Beach.

“Because Together, we are Building North Myrtle Beach”

Turkey Dinner Drive

Each fall, we partner with North Strand Helping Hand so families in need can enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving or Christmas meal. A $30 donation provides dinner for a family of four. Community members, businesses, and groups can help by donating, sharing flyers, or organizing fundraising teams

Turkey Flock

Bring fun to fall giving! Donate $100+ to sponsor a flock of turkey yard signs that “land” at a local business or home. The “flocked” business can then pass the fun along by choosing the next recipient. A lighthearted way to raise money and awareness for a serious cause.

Shop With a Hero Golf Tournament

Proceeds from this event fund holiday gifts and essentials—like winter coats—for local children in need, in partnership with the City of North Myrtle Beach. Part of the funds also support youth-focused community grants. Every swing helps brighten the holiday season for local families.

Oyster Roast for the Coast

The Oyster Roast for the Coast is more than a festive gathering—it raises awareness for oyster shell recycling, helping rebuild reefs, improve water quality, and support a healthier coastal ecosystem. Proceeds also promote local businesses. Come for the oysters, stay for the mission.

Spaghetti Lunch

Held every July, the Spaghetti Lunch is a crowd favorite. Whether dining in with colleagues or ordering meals for your whole office, this event helps fund community grant initiatives. Large group deliveries are available, making it easy (and delicious) to give back.

Hole-In-Fun Mini Golf Tournament

Held the first Tuesday in October, this lively tournament is great for teams, families, and friends. It kicks off USPMGA Masters Tournament week in North Myrtle Beach and supports the Foundation’s community grants. Fun prizes, creative themes, and friendly competition make it a standout annual…
