Planning on bringing a sporting event to North Myrtle Beach? Let us help!

The purpose of the NMB Accommodations RFP is to streamline the process of a tournament/event director's selection of hosts(s) accommodation properties. The North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce will distribute RFP information to participating accommodation providers in the city limits of North Myrtle Beach. After a predetermined deadline, the NMB Chamber of Commerce representative will provide tournament/event director with interested accommodations properties. Event/tournament director then selects the host accommodation(s). Selected accommodations must be promoted by tournament/event director and listed on their organizational website (if applicable) as host accommodations. It is required that all tournament/event advertised accommodations be located inside the city limits of North Myrtle Beach.

Please fill out the RFP form in its entirety and use a separate form for each tournament/event.
