The Best New Year’s Eve Events in North Myrtle Beach

Believe it or not, 2017 is coming to a close and it’s time to look forward to the New Year. There are plenty of fun and unique ways to ring in 2018 here in our seaside communities, so we’ve gathered our favorite events, parties and things to do on New Year’s Eve in North Myrtle Beach.

Get ready to have the time of your life at the iconic House of Blues’ New Year’s Eve Dinner and Dance. Enjoy a delicious four-course dinner before taking to the dance floor. This year, the Chocolate Chip & Company Band will keep you on your feet all night long. All guests will enjoy even more perks with every ticket purchase: receive two complimentary tickets for 2018 House of Blues concerts and enjoy steep discounts on tickets for shows and events throughout the year. Check out the House of Blues website to purchase tickets.

Every year, the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex decks the halls with more than 2 million Christmas lights. If you didn’t get the chance to catch this spectacular sight, it’s not too late! The Great Christmas Light Show is open until 9:30pm on New Year’s Eve, so make plans for a late dinner after the journey through the park.

Because if you’re still in the holiday spirit, New Year’s Eve isn’t too late to catch some of North Myrtle Beach’s most festive live entertainment. The Christmas Show of the South at The Carolina Opry and The South’s Grandest Christmas Show at Alabama Theatre both offer showtimes on New Year’s Eve. For showtimes and tickets, visit The Carolina Opry website and the Alabama Theatre website.

Everyone loves a good bonfire, especially when the temperatures drop. Head over to Little River and join La Belle Amie for a festive New Year Bonfire on December 30. Admission is only $5, but they’ll take $2 off the price if you bring two canned or dry food items for donation to the local food bank. For more information, stop by their website.
