Y6 101 - For Yogis returning to their practices or just starting
Y6 Slow Flow - A slower paced but still challenging Vinyasa yoga class
Y6 Restore - The yoga ultimate recovery class. Slow down and stay low to the ground
Y6 Hot - Flow strengthen and stretch. This is our set sequence class in a heated room
Y6 Power - A faster paced, fun and challenging Vinyasa yoga class. Develops strength, focus and flexibility
Y6 Sculpt and Flow - This class builds strength, cardio and endurance by using weights and body weight exercises
