The Alabama Theatre is seeking Box Office Sales agents to Serve customers by selling show tickets and additional packages while meeting customer needs. Set and makes follow-up calls to customers who weren't able to commit to booking a reservation on the initial phone call. Meet or exceeds sales goals. Keep a high level of product knowledge and services. Preferred Skills: Well-spoken and excellent communication skills. Ability to multi-task and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment. Self-sufficient and an exceptional problem solver. Sales Focused - Ability to overcome customer objections. Flexible availability including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
